With more than 30 years in the Valley of the Sun and 19+ years of entrepreneurial experience, Randy Flora brings a disciplined, strategic, and deeply personal approach to Arizona real estate.
Originally from Virginia by way of Brooklyn, NY, and a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Randy has had a front-row seat to the incredible growth across the Phoenix metropolitan area. Today, as a top-producing REALTOR® with RE/MAX Fine Properties and the founder of Fit Properties AZ, he leverages his deep local insight, sharp business acumen, and modern marketing to guide clients through every stage of buying, selling, and investing.
Randy founded Fit Properties AZ on a simple principle: every client deserves a tailored strategy built around their lifestyle and long-term goals. Whether helping first-time buyers find their footing, guiding sellers through high-stakes negotiations, or navigating complex new construction purchases, Randy’s philosophy remains consistent—communicate clearly, educate thoroughly, negotiate relentlessly, and stay hands-on well past closing.
Outside of real estate, Randy is an avid Cross Fitter, traveler, auto enthusiast, and hands-on home renovator. His passion for fitness, business, and real estate all share the same driving ethos: keep learning, keep improving, and keep moving forward.
Janan is a highly experienced Transaction Manager with more than 19 years in the real estate industry. Her expertise is focused on one thing: keeping transactions organized, on track, and as seamless as possible from contract to close.
Janan began her real estate career with a local RE/MAX brokerage in 2005 in the property management division before transitioning into transaction management in 2010. Since then, she has built a reputation for being thorough, responsive, and detail-oriented while managing the many moving parts of a real estate transaction.
Today, Janan supports real estate brokerages in both Arizona and Alaska, bringing nearly two decades of transaction management experience to every file she handles. She works closely with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other professionals to help ensure deadlines are met, documents are completed accurately, and everyone stays informed throughout the process.
With today’s technology and paperless systems, Janan is able to provide consistent, professional transaction management regardless of location—allowing agents to focus on their clients and business while knowing their transactions are in capable hands.
