Old Litchfield Park Homes
Old Litchfield Park is where the city began. It's the original Goodyear town site, planned in 1918 with tree-lined streets around what is now the Wigwam Resort. If you want character and history in the West Valley, this is the place to look.
Living in Old Litchfield Park
The historic core has a look you won't find in newer subdivisions: tall palms, citrus trees, mature landscaping and wide streets. Many homes date from the 1950s and 1960s, often brick or block single-level ranches. Lots are generally bigger than in newer communities, and many homes have no HOA, which leaves room for things like a casita, workshop or RV parking. Some older homes have been remodeled, and newer custom homes are mixed in near the golf courses. It suits buyers who value location and character, and who don't mind a home with some age on it.
• Walking distance to the Wigwam Resort and its golf
• Litchfield Elementary School right in the neighborhood
• Mature trees and walking paths throughout
• Holiday lights and other city events in the center of town
• Quick access to I-10 and the Loop 101
