I'm not your typical Realtor.
I didn't start out in real estate. I started out in kitchens. As a chef, I learned how to work under pressure, keep a lot of moving parts on schedule and take care of people who expect things done right the first time.
From there, I spent more than 19 years owning and running small businesses, including AZ Motor Trendz, a custom automotive shop specializing in vehicle customization, upgrades and aftermarket accessories that I owned and operated from 2007 to 2021. Running your own business teaches you things no licensing class can: how to negotiate when real money is on the line, how to solve problems when the plan falls apart, and how to treat every customer like your reputation depends on it, because it does.
That's what I've brought to my 4 years in real estate with RE/MAX. When you hire me, you work with me, not an assistant. I'll give you straight answers, even when they're not what you want to hear. A hard truth up front beats a surprise at the closing table.
I've lived in Arizona for more than 30 years, and I'm rooted in the West Valley. I know Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Surprise, Peoria, Buckeye and the neighborhoods around them. That said, I help buyers and sellers across the Phoenix metro area, including Chandler, Gilbert and Scottsdale. If it's the right move for you, I'll be there.
I track the market every month, so my advice is based on what's happening now, not last year. 2026 has been my best year yet, with 17 transactions including rentals, and I got there by showing up, being honest and doing the work.
I'm active in my community, from the Dreaming Summit HOA to Litchfield Park and the surrounding areas. I also take part in local networking, client appreciation events and community activities through BMFG (Black Men Friends Group). When I'm not working, I'm usually around cars. I'm a car guy through and through.

Transaction Manager
Janan keeps every deal organized, on track and as smooth as possible from contract to close. She has more than 19 years in real estate. She started with a local RE/MAX brokerage in 2005 in property management, then moved into transaction management in 2010.
Today she supports brokerages in Arizona and Alaska. She works closely with agents, clients, lenders and title companies so deadlines are met, documents are done right and everyone stays informed.
That means while I focus on you, Janan is making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
